According to the Judicial Branch of GA, original jurisdiction of juvenile courts includes delinquent children less than the age of 17 and deprived or unruly children less than the age of 18. Here are certain important GA laws that apply to juveniles:

Misdemeanor - You are found in a place where you do not belong. You may be considered loitering.
